[edit] Requested move

Pokémon TrainerPokémon trainer – It’s an occupation( albeit a fictional one), “trainer” shouldn’t be capitalized any more than “chef” or “receptionist”. Also, it’s not usually capitalized in official materials from Nintendo.( “Pokémon”, a proper noun, is always capitalized, but that’s irrelevant as page titles start with a capital anyway.) — WikidSmaht (talk) 10:01, 13 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Edited out

The pokemon trainer being in Smash Bros, thats not speculation, it's confirmed. http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/characters/pokemon_trainer.html 70.104.16.118 16:10, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bottom Tag

The bottom of the page lists "other characters in the Pokemon Anime" while "Pokemon Trainer" is not featured in the Anime, other than Ash being one. Pokemon Trainer isn't even mentioned at the bottom list. I was wondering if something should be done about this Balladofwindfishes 19:53, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

You're right, Pokémon Trainer isn't in the anime. Might have something to do with the section being named "Appearance in other games," though.—Loveはドコ? (talkcontribs) 20:11, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
Oh. You're talking about that navbox? Well, it's not exclusive just the Brawl section, it's for the entire page. I'll format it so it doesn't look like it's just for that section…—Loveはドコ? (talkcontribs) 20:12, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
Either way it still doesn't belong. Pokemon trainer isn't even in the list to start with. Balladofwindfishes 19:47, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
The tag pertains to ALL Trainers. Not just the Brawl character.—Loveはドコ? (talkcontribs) 20:45, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Yes but the trainer in itself never actually appears in the Anime, so the box shouldn't link to other anime characters Balladofwindfishes 14:27, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
I'm starting to wonder what you find wrong.—Loveはドコ? (talkcontribs) 15:27, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
I'm not sure of the correct term, but this http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/4788/pkmntrainerej0.png

Pokemon trainer is not in the anime, therefore the box should not be there Balladofwindfishes 01:02, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Chris111.jpg

Image:Chris111.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Appearance in other Games

That section seriously needs to be re-improved to make it understandable, flow reasonably, and encyclopedic. --haha169 (talk) 05:57, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
