[edit] License tagging for Image:1490867601a1508743621b100264609l.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:1490867601a1508743621b100264609l.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Carrickmacross Emmets.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:Carrickmacross Emmets.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI 15:48, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your message
- No-one is saying that Duffy isn't a real player. What the notices mean is that he is not notable for Wikipedia purposes. The article doesn't meet the criteria set in WP:BIO, as such any articles created on him would be deleted as not being important enough for inclusion in an encyclopaedia. Also, whenever you leave comments could you please sign them. Thanks --WebHamster 16:44, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- Please read WP:BIO it explains everything about the notability of people with regards to articles. The pertinent section for your article is...
-
- Athletes:
-
- Competitors who have played in a fully professional league, or a competition of equivalent standing in a non-league sport such as swimming or tennis
- Competitors who have played or competed at the highest level in amateur sports (who meet the general criteria of secondary sources published about them).
--WebHamster 16:56, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- What is the highest level in Gaelic Football? Playing for Ireland? --WebHamster 17:05, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- County level is not "the highest level in amateur sports". I'm sorry but it doesn't meet the criteria. If you wish to delay the speedy delete then use the {{hangon}} tag and an administrator will look at it, but as it stands it will be deleted sooner or later; which it has been twice before.--WebHamster 17:11, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- If Allstar team is the highest level then that is what is required according t the rules. To use the [[hangon}} tag just follow the instructions in the deletion notice. --WebHamster 17:24, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- Whilst you're at it you need to sort out the copyright status of the Duffy image or that will end up being deleted too.--WebHamster 17:25, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- How do you do what? I've added the {{hangon}} tag for you. As for the copyright issue I have no idea, I don't know what the copyright status is on the picture. The image wizard asked all the relevant questions when you added the image. --WebHamster 17:34, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- Re copyright issues, please read WP:Copyright#Image guidelines and Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. Could you also please stop creating new sections on my talk page, they can all go under the first one. Thank you. --WebHamster 17:51, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Yes I Did
Yes you did...what? I have no ideas what you're talking about. As for the Shane Duffy article, the only way you can save it is by expanding it. Stubs are useless, and that's exactly what it is right now. You need to add more content to it. If you want ideas about how to expand it, see an article about another football player, maybe Thierry Henry can be used as a model or something. -- Reaper X 17:10, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- Ah right right. My bad. Perhaps next time put that in your message, because people like me will forget about that stuff within 2 weeks. Cheers. -- Reaper X 18:36, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] River Glyde
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of River Glyde, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.fishingireland.net/fishing/salmonandtrout/dundalk/glyde.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 21:40, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
