[edit] Speedy deletion of WebsitesNetwork

A tag has been placed on WebsitesNetwork, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Lankiveil (speak to me) 12:39, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

You might find the template {{underconstruction}} useful if you're composing new pages in article space. Better yet, put it together in your user space and move it into the article space once you're done and you're sure that it's not overly promotional and meets WP:CORP. Lankiveil (speak to me) 12:51, 26 April 2008 (UTC).
No problem. If you tag the article with it, I'll withdraw the speedy, on the understanding that the article will continue to be worked on. It still reads very much like an advertisment, unfortunately. Lankiveil (speak to me) 12:55, 26 April 2008 (UTC).
Excellent. If there's anything I can do to give you a hand with writing the article (proofreading, etc), please let me know! Lankiveil (speak to me) 13:00, 26 April 2008 (UTC).

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thank you. ·Add§hore· Talk/Cont 13:25, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your RfA

Thank you for offering to help as an administrator. Unfortunately, while you have been here since August, you haven't gained much experience in administrative areas or in the article namespace, the comments left at your RfA reflect this, and Gonzo fan2007 has closed your RfA under the snowball clause as it really didn't have a chance at succeeding. Please don't feel too discouraged; there are lots of ways to help out without being an administrator. If you have any questions or ever need any help, please feel free to ask me, and I'll try my best to help. Sincerely, WODUP 09:15, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your RFA

Hey PoinDexta1, I just wanted to let you know I pre-maturely closed your RFA per WP:SNOW. Even though we really appreciate your contributions here, the community feels that you need some more time and experience before getting the admin tools. I hope this doesn't discourage, just keep up the good work focus on admin related areas, and most importantly expand the encyclopedia. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know and I'll try and help out you out any way I can. Best of luck to you, « Gonzo fan2007 (talkcontribs) @ 09:19, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Mayfield Railway Station

I did not vandalise any article. I had a similar debate on the same set of text in the campaigns section of Spa Valley Railway article and it was agreed to delete the same entry for the following reasons:.

1) There are no references to any campaign for a reopening of either of the Eridge to East Grinstead Line or the Eridge to Heathfield line in any newspaper, website or newsgroup.

2) Not only that but the assertion that the formation is intact is incorrect. There are many obstacles which would prevent any such reopening, such as one mile of the former line being converted into an A road. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.146.92.14 (talk) 05:22, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] User Page

It's sweet of you to invite contributions to your user page and I hope you get lots of positive contributions before the inevitable happens....Anyway, I took you up on your offer and altered your to you're as that is the grammatically correct term for the contraction of 'you are' (the apostrophe replaces the missing letter). Meanwhile, I'll have a look about and see if I can come up with something infinitely better to add to your UP and so make up for the grammar-Nazism! Enjoy your time at WP.Plutonium27 (talk) 21:25, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
