Talk:Point and figure chart

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

" They show trends in price"

Maybe it’s a trend, maybe it isn’t. I thought this was used to predict the future course of prices. You can use this to show that maybe there once was a trend. But does it actually show the trend in price?

Seems to me this is still subject to interpretation. I find it hard to keep opinions out of the posts I do know something about. I am glad someone else came in here and cleaned this one up. GT

The article was useless as you wrote it. Usually substubs like this get deleted - I chose to expand it instead. I'm sorry if it's not perfect. Rhobite 20:35, Jan 31, 2005 (UTC)

That site is very strange. When I click on "terms and services", it brings me to Wikipedia. Conscious 13:39, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

This article is essentially useless.

As with any descriptive statistics technique calculation should be included. Further more, as this is an encyclopedia, subjective information should be left out completely.

I'll re-write it soon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.148.231.201 (talk) 04:59, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
