You've created three articles about the exact same thing. Also, Point Isabel is hardly a cape, and it would be a stretch to call it a promontory. It is in no way a neighborhood; it has like what, six or seven buildings at the most? 66.92.14.198 (talk) 01:20, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

The United States Geological Service says there is a cape known as Point Isabel. Look up the definition of promontory and get educated. The neighborhood is largely on the other side of the freeways and has hundreds of homes and dozens of businesses between the neighborhood of Campus Bay and the city of El Cerrito.Boomgaylove (talk) 23:31, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

I did look up the definitions first. The definition of a cape that I read was that it was a narrow strip of land, or that it affects ocean currents, neither of which applies; promontory implies elevation, which Pt. Isabel doesn't have. Those two articles have already been merged, so this doesn't really matter.
The neighborhood on the other side of the freeway is the Richmond Annex. That name is kind of well established.66.92.14.198 (talk) 03:22, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
