[edit] Austin years

This section reads more like a school report than an encyclopedia entry; is lengthy parsing of lyrics really necessary? Could be more succinct.--Adoorajar 07:32, 25 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Lyric content

The lyrics in the article come mainly from earlier songs. Discussion of death continues in future songs. In "God's Gollipoli", Frank sings about a person on their death bed "sorting through a wreckage of regrets" and hopes that God will "take me in one swoop, don't let me dwindle". I am less familiar with the earlier songs related to death but wonder if comparing the earlier lyrics with later lyrics show growth or a theme of greater interest. If I only had the time...
