Poison Bananas is a diss track from Compton rapper The Game's mixtape album You Know What It Is Vol. 3. It disses the members of G-Unit, and it is generally viewed as humorous by the public. In the song, The Game tells 50 Cent, the leader of G-Unit that he has been using too much muscle enhancement; and all that The Game would need to enhance his muscles is "a couple of dumb-bells and a sandwich", among other things. The track also features Cyssero and M.O.B. from Black Wall Street.
