Point Monroe is an affluent community of Bainbridge Island, Washington. It is located on the northeast tip of the island, north of Fay Bainbridge State Park. Point Monroe is a thin strip of land that contains homes. Because of the thinness of the point, many homes have two waterfronts - one behind the house, and one in front of it and across the road. Because of this, house prices are very high in this area. Point Monroe is accessible via Point Monroe Drive NE, which is partially a private road at the very end of the point.
