Poian or Kézdiszentkereszt (Romanian: Poian; Hungarian: Kézdiszentkereszt) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 2 villages:
- Belani/Bélafalva
- Poian/Kézdiszentkereszt
- In 2005, Estelnic (Esztelnek) along with the villages of Cărpinenii (Csángótelep) and Valea Scurtă (Kurtapatak) broke away from Poian to form an independent commune.

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 2,937 of which 98.91% or 2,905 are Hungarian.
