Fair use rationale: this logo is an essential part of the Pointe-à-Pitre article (in the past many people have wrongly added the Basse-Terre coat-of-arms to the article, thus this coat-of-arms is needed to remove factually wrong information). The low resolution of this logo is used in many websites to illustrate the city of Pointe-à-Pitre. There is no free version of this coat-of-arms that I know of.
