Extremely rare, but postcard-worthy snow fall.
E-mail granting permission: I'm flattered! You certainly may. Glad you like them.

Hi,
As I'm sure you've heard, the Northwest has received some major snow. Something that is very unusual for us. It was a regular winter wonderland around here. I've attached a couple of photos, both taken of Baher Road. I thought you'd enjoy seeing them.
Quite a number of trees and branches have fallen. However, none on your shed. The big one I pointed out to you is doing fine. Parts of the Point were without electricity for a couple of days and the roads were a sheet of ice. My car was snowed in and I only dug it out yesterday. People with all electric houses had to go somewhere else. I was fortunate because of my gas stoves, for heating and cooking. Now, the weather has warmed up though we still have a lot of snow around and new storms are expected. Whether they'll be rain or snow, I don't know.
I did hear your section of the country was hit with a big storm in the last day or so too.
I hope you and your family had a nice Thanksgiving and are doing well.
Regards,
Patricia
