Pogonomys is a genus of rodent in the Muridae family. It contains the following species:
- Champion's Tree Mouse (Pogonomys championi)
- D'Entrecasteaux Archipelago Tree Mouse (Pogonomys fergussoniensis)
- Large Tree Mouse (Pogonomys loriae)
- Chestnut Tree Mouse (Pogonomys macrourus)
