Non-free / fair use media rationale for Kiev Pogroms (1919)
Description

This facsimile of a photograph taken in Kiev in 1919 is of very low resolution and cannot be used for reproduction purposes (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality). It is believed that such low resolution image used exclusively to illustrate the main subject of an article under discussion, does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market the original. However, its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because of the photo's historical significance.
