Poephila is an Australian genus of the estrildid finches. The members are:
- Masked Finch, Poephila personata
- Long-tailed Finch, Poephila acuticauda
- Black-throated Finch, Poephila cincta
These are birds of dry open grassland. The adults have pinkish underparts, buff or brown upperparts, a black tail and lower belly, and white rumps uppertail coverts and undertail coverts.
