Podgorica Marathon

The Podgorica Marathon is the a sporting event in Montenegro. A group of enthusiasts came up with a plan organise a marathon in Podgorica. The first marathon in Podgorica took place on 8 October 1994. The Podgorica Marathon has a standard 42.195 km length.
The Podgorica Marathon is adapted for people of all ages, and is separated into the following categories:
- The Half-marathon is a half-distance marathon that is in accordance with world standards.
- The Marathon is a standard 42.195 km length marathon
