Podgorička banka

Podgorička banka (full name: Podgorička banka a.d. Podgorica, NEX: POBA) is a bank operating in Montenegro. Founded in 1906 it offers services in corporate and retail banking.
The bank conducts its services through a network of 18 branches - nine in and around Podgorica, as well as one in each of the following towns: Herceg Novi, Tivat, Budva, Bar, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, Nikšić, Kolašin, and Bijelo Polje.
In December 2005, French banking group Société Générale acquired majority stake in Podgorička banka for €14 million.
