Hello!

I would like to find out where can I submit my request for my Transcript of Records Original Copy to be send here in Anchorage Alaska, USA. I need the complete address I should send or call my inquiries. I tried to search under the DepEd website I'm getting nowhere. I'm hoping someone will give me a contact number for the PMI Manila. My T.O.R. needs to be mail by University to University in order to be accepted as legitimate.

I am going back to school and all I have with my possession was a copy for employment. The university here able to credit 47 units for the course I'm taking this upcoming semester.

Please email me the good contact number to send my request.
