Plymouth Marjon Cannons is an English amateur basketball team based in Plymouth, Devon. They currently compete in the English Basketball League Division 2, the third tier league, and are one of the biggest and most successful development clubs in the region after professional outfit, and rivals, Plymouth Raiders.[citation needed] The team is currently based at the College of St Mark & St John, where they operate a development system in partnership with the college.

The club was founded in 2000 and is named after the nearby River Tamar and its picturesque valley, dividing the counties of Devon and Cornwall. In 2007, the club formerly known as Tamar Valley Cannons changed its name to Plymouth Marjon Cannons after moving to the College and becoming a part of its "Hub Club".
