- Move what's in advantages section to issues subsections Single Transferable Vote
- Sections that are really long and choppy are tagged stubs and need rewrites
- Make it more clear in definition that plurality voting is a single winner election method (and then contrast with bloc voting)
- the forming of a majority coalition government for Multy Party Systems.
- Add a Voting system criteria section, as found in many other voting system articles
