Plum TV

Plum TV is a lifestyle television channel launched in 2002 by Nantucket Nectars founder Tom Scott, along with producer Cary Woods and TV exec Chris Glowacki. The programming is locally produced largely in affluent vacation communities, marketed towards residents and tourists alike. Plum TV is carried by cable providers in Aspen, Nantucket, the Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, Telluride, Sun Valley, Vail, and Miami Beach.

Plum produces and airs original content catering to local demographics in all of its markets, and also produces content that air on all their channels. Programming includes:

  • The Morning, Noon & Night Show - A live, two-hour morning show, locally produced for each market in the style of popular shows such as NBC's Today show. The show is also taped and repeated periodically throughout the day -- hence the name.
  • Open Exchange - A question and answer show focusing on business topics. Hosted by Jonathan Tisch, CEO, Loews Hotels & Co-Chairman, the Loews Corporation.
  • Beyond Politics - A show in which local politicians tour their favourite local hangouts and attractions. Hosted by author Stan Pottinger.
  • Bob Builds His Dream House - Bob Balaban reality show.
  • The Cheap Show - Michael Paraskevas From the creators of Maggie and the Ferocious Beast.
