This image is claimed to be fair use as it used only for the purpose of illustrating the appearance of an individual in an article about that individual in the context for which the individual is notable. Specifically, Raymond Plouhar is notable for having been interviewed in Fahrenheit 9/11 a few years before being killed in the Iraq War; the image illustrates Plouhar's appearance in Fahrenheit 9/11. The subject of the image is deceased, so there is no chance of obtaining a comparable freer image from the subject.

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot.
