[edit] Non-free use disputed for Image:Plm log1.JPG
This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Plm log1.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted after seven days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:51, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Plm log0.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Plm log0.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:31, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] RELEVANCE OF PLM E-GROUP
Hi User, here's a response and explanation on why should the PLM e-group be posted in the external links. (in the 1st place there are no rules in wikipedia prohibiting e-groups as an external link, so pls. don't invent one. and there are no other e-groups posting in the external link of magwayen, ap, and PLM rotc - those are not PLM page so pls. don't be an OA ok, worrying that other e-groups will be posting theirs, it's just your own bias perception)
PLS. READ THIS with an OPEN-MIND and UNDERSTANDING ISKO: Thank You
PLM Scholars Comment:
Hey...(fabyan17)
I believe that you are a die-hard PLM alumnus. But please stop posting your Yahoo group as one of the external links for PLM articles because it is SIMPLY IRRELEVANT. And, also please cease from insisting that your PLM E-group article here at Wikipedia be revived because it is VERY INSIGNIFICANT and SO UNENCYCLOPEDIC.
MY RESPONSE to User: PLM Scholar:
How can the PLM e-group be insignificant, when in fact it was officiated and administered by then Dean of Mass Communication, Dr. Barrios. This was authorized by the admin. in 2005, in order to connect and find all PLMayers around the globe because they will be celebrating the PLM Ruby Anniv. back then, and they want to inform all iskos for the said Homecoming. Do you know the meaning of- IRRELEVANT? your actions are the IRRELEVANT ones. just for your info kapatid, PLM E-group is the most active PLM internet forum today; it has members from the pioneer PLM batch of 1960's up to the present batch, half of the members are alumni, the rest are students and faculty. Have you visited or joined the PLM e-group? haven't you seen the NEWS & ANNOUNCMENTS about PLM in that forum? haven't you read the SIGNIFICANT inquiries of the students/alumni which is being answered in that forum?
Lack of Knowledge Destroys people and it is very dangerous. You should have atleast investigated or have a background check of the PLM E-group to know if it is IRRELEVANT or not important. Have you read the rationale/rules of wikipedia? do they consider e-groups as irrelevant EXTERNAL link, (not internal)? You are making your own rules, based on bias emotions. You don't even check the other external links if they are legitimate or related to PLM, a lot of the links are dead/non-existent. You should have removed or updated those links but then you only focus your bias perception to the PLM E-group which is undeniably a RELEVANT PLM "EXTERNAL" link. (It is a LINK and not an ARTICLE)
You can even find the PLM E-group link in the AP Official website (PLM websites link):
http://www.angpamantasan.org/common_files/plm_sites.htm
If AP (together with thousands of PLMayers in the PLM E-group) considers it RELEVANT, who are you to classify it as IRRELEVANT?
It is even listed in the BESTDISCUSSIONGROUPS.COM (a listing of relevant, best and most active e-groups in the world:
http://www.bestdiscussiongroups.com/cat2464/5.htm
(Since you've put the level of this discussion in a "personal" one, here's a personal comment to you) PLM Scholar, you even use the username PLM scholar, when you don't even scholarly investigated if the PLM E-group is relevant or not. That is the real funny action. But I won't laugh bec. You are my kapwa isko and I care for that matter. FTSantos ©Bot 13:51, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
