The College of Tourism, Hotel and Travel Industry Management of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is a specialized business school for hospitality management founded in June 2001 as the first and only four-year school in the Philippines that offers an academic program that combines all three different specializations into one bachelor's degree.
The College was temporarily housed under the former College of Arts and Sciences until it formally became a fully-functioning college. Its students undergo practicum in hotels in and around Intramuros, Manila.
PLM, situated inside historic Intramuros, will soon operate a restaurant to serve as laboratory for its tourism students. The restaurant is planned to be situated inside one of PLM’s new buildings, along Muralla Street, leading to the Baluarte de San Diego. After the establishment of the restaurant, the PLM administration is also planning to put up a hotel in one of the places owned and controlled by the City of Manila.[1]

But if we consider that the restaurant will be situated right here inside our Intramuros campus, right within the area where tourists pass by, then it makes sense,” he added.”
