The College of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is one of the twelve Undergraduate schools of the University. It is given the task to assist and cooperate with the city government in terms of planning and designing some open spaces in Manila.

The College of Arhitecture and Urban Planning used to be part of the PLM College of Engineering and Technology until it was granted approval to function as a separate college on June 2001, with Architect Wilfredo Gacutan as its Dean, and Architect Gil Evasco as Secretary.
In 2007, the College transferred to a new building next to the Gusaling Villegas on the side of General Luna Street opposite the Department of Labor and Employment building at the PLM Main Campus in Intramuros, Manila.
