The self-proclaimed "Fuhrer of Randomness" Pleakley, otherwise known as Bill, Gex53, or more commonly stimpy532000. In real life his name is Bill Penney, known for being the person on the block with the old cars, Bill is usually found working on cars with his father and at other time making youtube videos. So far he has made these series:

Moron Kombat (Its like Kung Pow! meets Mortal Kombat) Moron Kombat: Annoyoation (MK: Annhilation but even more idiotic) Father Cornholio: (Father Cornello from Fullmetal Alchemist but even more nutty and speaks about his Bunghole alot, uses audio from Beavis and Butt-head) Speed Racer: The most random race: Speed Racer enters the Cannonball Run, aswell as Micheal Knight, Dr.Robotnik, and many others, most commonly Herbie the love bug. Random videos. Animated music videos. A number of other Fullmetal Alchemist spoofs.

Xiaolin Showdown is one of the many things spoofed in some of these videos, here is a list of some of the characters in some of these videos:

Cy (Ovide) Works with bald. The leader of the Terrifying Trio. [Moron Kombat Annoyation Pt5] Ickis (AaaHH!! Real Monsters) Just trying to make a living. [Barrito: Clash of Nachos!!] Pleakley (Lilo and Stitch) A protaginist at times. but rarely. [Its a 1964 Chevrolet Cornhair!] Father Cornholio (Fullmetal Alchemist) A member of the Terrifying Trio, his goal is to get some T.P, morollio, pichata, and crappachino for his Bunghole. [Cornholio: How they met.] Churchy La Femme (Pogo) Just recently added, he's scheduled to get bigger roles. He is the true "DullMetal Alchemist" [Gostrunnoku, Cornholio!] Speed Racer (Speed Racer) Nothing special. [Speed Racer Pt.6: Full speed ahead!] Duggery (Speed Racer) An idiotic nerd who has a career in racing. [Slink or Slap] Slinkman (Camp Lazlo) A slug whos going out of his way to get some booze from Texas. [Slinkey is the Bandit] Kid Kang (Chan Kang from the Mortal Kombat movie) [Moron Kombat Pt.2: A hairy ending.] Bald & his stooges (Fullmetal Alchemist) Just recently added but will probably me more frequent. Bald is one of the Terrifying Trio. [Gostrunnoku, Cornholio!] Waffle (Catscratch) Its unknown if he works with or against Father Cornholio, he supposebly works against him. [A 1967 Chevrolet Cornette Bungray!] Bing (Angry Beavers) A lizard who really wants to be one in the "Terrify Trio" but is never picked, he's jealous of Father Cornholio. Note: The names with [ ]'s around them are the names of the videos by stimpy532000 (Bill) on youtube.com that mainly festure said character.

Bill is also a big fan of comics and cartoons, he occaisionally sketches pictures but none of his comics\drawings have ever been published. Some of his youtube videos have been removed due to "copyright crap" as he puts it.
