I am deleting the information about Engine Company 4. Its information is such that it should have an article about its own; also, while the Engine Company does have jurisdiction in Pleasant Plains, it's located in Columbia Heights. Msclguru 17:08, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

I am deleting the opening sentance. Calling a neighborhood "largely undiscovered" is insulting to those who live there and probably NPOV. Undiscovered by whom? The white middle class? African American "indigenous" residents don't count? One could write an entire op-ed about the use of this kind of language...
