Pleumjit Thinkaow (Thai : ปลื้มจิตร์ ถินขาว) Her nickname is Nhong (Thai : หน่อง). She was born 9 November 1983 at Ang Thong, Thailand.

She is a member of the women's volleyball national team of Thailand. Her international debut was at 21^st SEA Games in Malaysia.
