Pletnyov (Russian: Плетнёв; masculine) or Pletnyova (Плетнёва; feminine) is a Russian surname. An alternative spelling is Pletnev. It may refer to the following people:
- Dmitry Pletnyov (1871-1941), a Russian/Soviet therapist and one of the founders of Russian cardiology
- Mikhail Pletnyov (b. 1957), a Russian pianist, conductor and composer
- Pyotr Pletnyov (1792-1866), a Russian poet and critic.
