Plethodontohyla coronata is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, plantations , and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
