Pleso is known for its wooden church.
Pleso is a settlement that gave its name to Zagreb's Pleso Airport.
Nowadays, Pleso is the northernmost section of the city of Velika Gorica, located to the southeast of the city of Zagreb. Pleso is one of Croatia's well known airports because the highest air traffic rate in the country.
