Please Come Home is Dustin Kensrue's long-anticipated debut solo acoustic album.
The album was originally planned for release in October of 2006, but there were some delays in recording the album and acquiring a deal with a label to distribute it. The album was recorded in the studio of Thrice lead guitarist Teppei Teranishi, who also played piano and organ on the album. Electric guitars and drums were recorded by long-time friend and Thrice guitar tech, Chris Jones. The album contains only 8 songs, which Kensrue has emphasized was a reflection of the albums/EPs he used to buy as a kid.
