Pleasant View, Toronto

Pleasant View is a neighbourhood in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada that is located in the northern end of the city and bordered by Victoria Park to the East, Sheppard Avenue to the South, Highway 404 to the west and the Apache trail to the north (north of Finch Avenue).

This has become a popular area for emigrants and has a large number of Chinese arriving and settling in the area. A diverse area there is also a sizeable Italian and Greek population among others.

There is a huge percentage of house ownership in the area and the neighbourhood would be classified as middle income, with people on both ends of that spectrum.
