[edit] Playford Hall

The Autoboigraphy Of Sir George Biddell, available online at http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/10655 , mentions Playford and Playford Hall where he lived many times, and two or three other houses and farms in and around Playford. It also says that Thomas Clarkson retired to Playford and lived in Playford Hall as a gentleman farmer, leasing a farm. (Will I ever get rich enough to live in Playford hall?....hmmmmn.) 80.2.210.172 (talk) 14:29, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

There you go - I've added this information and thanks for pointing it out. Someone better at adding citing information may wish to tidy up the reference.--Phil Holmes (talk) 11:40, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
