How does the plate number single found on some of the booklet panes fit into this article on Plate number coils?

Yes, good question... someone with knowledge should start a new topic on plate number singles and its collecting standard and in relation to booklet panes. Some booklet panes (like those ATM panes) of late have the numbers in the middle of the pane not on the margins, although some issues have the plate numbers on the stamp itself, e.g. the 34 cent Liberty issue - which is an exception.
