[edit] Made some improvements to what was a very terribly written article

I do not know who has worked on this article before, but it looked very bad. I tried fixing it up a bit. It looks somewhat better. In future, please do not make any attempt to adjust articles if you are just going to demonstrate poor writing skills & typos.

I added a better PQMQ logo. This one is the standard PQMQ logo. It is also more common, thus allowing for better recognition of such.
