Play is a self-titled album by the Swedish girl group Play. On March 24, 2003, the album was certified Gold by the RIAA[1], making it their best-selling album to date.

  • Play released an album titled Us Against the World on May 25, 2002 in Europe prior to this one. The European album included these seven songs as well as Five others - "Remember to Forget," "To Live and to Die For," "Never Neverland," "Boys Lie" and "Watch Me Now."
  • "Cinderella" is a cover version of the original, recorded by fellow girl pop group i5.
  • "Hopelessly Devoted" is Play's version of the song by the same title that appeared in the classic film Grease and was performed by Olivia Newton-John.
  • "Is It Love" is a cover version of the original, recorded by country trio 3 of Hearts.
  • "Disco Hippie" was used in a commercial by Build-a-Bear.
  • Play peaked at #74 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States on August 24, 2002.
  • Former popstar Samantha Mumba co-wrote "Us Against the World," along with group member Anaïs Lameche's sister Amanda Lameche.
