Platinum Hits is sixth and final album overall by rapper, Candyman. The album was released on September 11, 2001 for Emrotal Thugs Records and was produced by Candyman and Crazy C. Unlike previous Candyman albums, this album dropped the Pop Rap and went for a more Gangsta and Hardcore Rap sound. Like his previous four albums, this went nowhere. The album was also highly critisized for sounding too much like Tupac Shakur, with such tracks as Dear Mama and Thug Life.
