Plast (Russian: Пласт) is a town in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located on the eastern slopes of the Ural Mountains 127 km south-west of Chelyabinsk at . Population: 17,422 (2002 Census); 18,880 (1989 Census).
Founded as a gold mine in the middle of the 19th century. Town status since October 7, 1940.
