The Plainville Church of the Nazarene is a member of the Church of the Nazarene denomination based in Plainville, Kansas at 109 S. Meridian ([1]). The Plainville church currently has an average attendance of just over 100 on an average Sunday Morning service. The church offers ministries for all age groups from infants to seniors. In 2009 the Plainville Church of the Nazarene will be celebrating its centennial.

Pastor Daryl Sherraden
Pastor Sherraden has been pastoring the church since 2004 with the support of his wife and three daughters. The church has seen great spiritual and physical growth under his Godly leadership.

Pastor Nolan Goplen
Pastor Goplen joined the church staff in 2007 as the first Youth Pastor in the church. His addition to the staff has come due to a large increase in teen attendance in the church. He is originally from Minnesota and a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.

The biggest recent news is the addition of the Glendenning Family Life Center. An over 3000 square foot facility utilized for fellowship, games, a community teen center and more.

9:45am - Sunday School (all ages, separate classes for all ages) 10:45am - Worship Service (all ages, separate Children's Church for 4 years old to 5th grade)

Sunday Evening -
6:00pm - Evening Service (all ages, separate Teen service)

Wednesday Evening -
7:00pm - Midweek Bible Study (all ages, separate classes for all ages)

The Plainville Church of the Nazarene annually has two full chorus cantatas, a full week Vacation Bible School, a Teen "gross olympics" and more.
