PjBmp2Avi

PjBmp2Avi is a computer program designed by Paul Roberts[1] for converting bitmap still images to AVI animations. Released on May 13, 2002, the program is a popular alternative to such programs as Adobe Premiere due to its small size, simplicity, and status as freeware.
