Why is this article at Pizza (Australian television)? I don't think it's neccesary for it to say Australian, otherwise we should go through and add American to US TV shows. An example of Americanism on Wikipedia? MrHate 23:25, Jan 20, 2005 (UTC)

  • I made the original article, I can't remember why Australian was in the article. You can move it if you want.--ZayZayEM 03:33, 21 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Can we point out that the humour from the racial steriotyping etc is selfconciously ironic?

[edit] Lebanese show

I think this should be called a Lebanese TV show that happens to be set in Australia. All of the profits go to lebos and the show appeals to lebos.

It is made in Australia, by Australians. It is written and directed by a Maltese man and only one of the actors is Lebanese. It is made for Australian television network SBS and I doubt it even airs in Lebanon. Planetstasiak 01:33, 19 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Series 6 Starting Monday the 22nd of October, 2007

There seems to be a new series of Pizza starting.

SBS Television - What's on (22nd of October, 2007)

The new series of Pizza being shown this year is series 5, not 6. There was NO Pizza shown in 2002, 2004, or 2006. The 'world pizza' was not counted as the regular series. This article is incorrect and I am going to edit it. Here is the season 5 DVD as proof: http://www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/795992
