Pizza Inn (NASDAQ: PZZI) is a restaurant chain and international food franchise, specializing in American-style pizza. The company is based in the Dallas suburb of The Colony, Texas.
It also has established a good market in the Middle East, with restaurants in Riyadh, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Ali Al Salem, and Dammam, and in early 2007 opened three restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

F.J. Spillman founded the first Pizza Inn in 1958 across from the Southern Methodist University campus in Dallas, Texas, when he was twenty-two years old. Since then, he has opened over 800 Pizza Inn restaurants worldwide. With a vision to support services to Pizza Inn, F.J. Spillman founded Norco Distribution Center in 1965. In 1976, Mr. Spillman founded Quality Sausage Company to be another support service for Pizza Inn.
