Pizza Delight was founded in 1968 in Shediac, New Brunswick by Bernard Imbeault and two of his friends. Its head offices are now located in the nearby city of Moncton. The restaurant serves mainly pizza and Italian food. Today it has over 100 restaurants, and operates in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
