[edit] Christian Fundamentalism

The Christian Fundamentalism section is based on rumors and did not have a source. One could also argue that this isn't true since Pittsford is very strict with Christian elements in the school district. For example, Pittsford schools recently banned Christmas decorations because they aren't politically correct. Until you have a source for your speculation about their Christian Fundamentalism, I suggest we leave it out of the article. It may appear biased. 66.66.143.123 18:54, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Fndamentalism section isn't based on rumors - actual teachers have documented the appearance of school administrators in church. Appearing biased isn't worth censorship, it's worth documenting on the site as countervailing evidence.
What does it matter if school administrators attend church? That doesn't prove they are pushing Fundamentalism. It's called having FREEDOM OF RELIGION in America. They're allowed to go to church. Wikipedia prides itself with having accurate, factual information and not purely what someone claims to see or not see. Until you have a source to back your information up, it should not be on the page. 66.66.143.123 18:54, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
unfortunately, the material cannot be sourced because the teacher who voiced it has since been fired for his insubordination, and is not available for contact. Thank you for explaining to me what Wikipedia is. Document the countervailing evidence.

You know, you guys are making it hard to see who's writing what. Why don't you register for accounts, or at least sign your talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~)? Also, please read Wikipedia:Reliable sources and Wikipedia:Verifiability. Powers T 14:06, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

I really cleaned up the page last night but it was reverted. What's the problem? Maggieab10k 16:00, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

You removed the cleanup templates at the top of the page without explanation. These should remain there until the article is significantly altered/improved. Ral315 (talk) 04:30, 25 December 2006 (UTC)
Oh, I'm sorry about that. But what's wrong with the images and information I added? Maggieab10k 17:23, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
There wasn't, actually; I reverted your edits along with many vandal edits prior to it. It's been restored. Can I ask, though- is there a larger version of the picture? Ral315 (talk) 19:02, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
This is the only one I can find, and it's pretty small: http://content.answers.com/main/content/wp/en/0/04/MendonHS.jpg Oh, and it's from Google, which isn't allowed I don't think? Maggieab10k 16:30, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Theatre Attribution

It is apparent that the theatre presentations are noteworthy and in line with Wikipedia policy, although cited references would be appreciated. I wonder if it is noteworthy to identify the head of the theatre group. The only other attribution to a person in this article is coach Borrosh, whose noteworthiness is unquestionable and documented. Unless someone can make a convincing argument about the noteworthiness about the theatre group head, perhaps it should be removed. Truthanado 22:43, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Student Council not "unique"

The Student Council system described here (an all-school Council and the Class Councils) is not unique - my town's school has the exact same system (except we have a couple more Student Council offices) based on this description. Kahar5 22:25, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
