Pittsfield East School is a Registered Historic Place in the Pike County, Illinois county seat of Pittsfield. The school was added to the Register in 1971. It is one of three sites listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Pittsfield. The others include, Pittsfield Historic District and the John Shastid House.
