The Pittsburgh Parking Authority is the governing body in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that enforces parking regulations and cites violations (i.e., gives out tickets and boots cars).

- If the meter is broken, call 412.560.2534 within 24 hours of ticket issuance.
- Contact the Parking Authority to contest the ticket via either
- Phone: Call toll free - 866.353.7151 (M-F 8am-6pm); OR
- Email: customerservice@citationmanagement.com (it is safer to call; emails may fail to generate a response)
- Parking Court Hours: Mon & Wed 10am-12pm or Tue & Thur 5:30-7:30pm
- Parking Court Address: 240 4th Avenue Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 (map[1])
- Note: You must schedule within 10 days of the date of ticket issue to avoid penalties. However, you can contest a ticket by taking these steps up to 20 days later. Do not pay the ticket prior to your hearing.
