The Pittsburgh Bandits are a professional inline hockey team based in Harmar Township, Pennsylvania, and competing in PIHA.
The Pittsburgh Bandits had an expansion season finishing with a 34-4 record, and a 32-2 regular season record, the best in the history of PIHA. The 2007-08 Bandits will be led by Dustin Roux, the teams leading scorer last season, along with Brock Wilson, a top defenseman in the country, and Mitchell Hardin who will likely be one of the best goalies in the league. Other players who will be big contributors are Ben Dyer, Jason Roux, Eric Keene, Jeremy Lascko, Sean Masem, Jake Cole, and a good goaltender in Kevin Hammerschlag. Returning to coach this season will be Jon Roux and Joe Catena.
The Bandits lost quite a few players from last season, but the youth of the team should prove to help, they are all under 23 years old and their speed should help them a lot against teams of veterans like the Growl and Lunatics.
