[edit] About Pitt Blue Properties
Pitt Blue Properties runs and operates the McKee Place Apartments that are located on the 200 and 300 blocks of McKee Place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These apartments are rented primarily by students of the University of Pittsburgh, as they are located in the neighborhood of South Oakland and are only a short walk away from campus. With the majority of these apartments built approximately 50 years ago, the McKee Place Apartments have continually maintained a community of University of Pittsburgh students throughout the years.

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath starting at $750/month
3 Bedroom, 1 Bath starting at $1,250/month

[edit] Information for Renters
All trash receptacles are located behind each building. All trash must be put in the dumpsters. If trash is left on fire escapes or balconies, tenants will be charged $50.
All pets must be registered at the office. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and $20 per month is the charge.
No self-installed locks are permitted on bedroom doors.
If a tenant is locked out of his or her apartment after office hours, he or she will be charged a $50 lockout fee to be let back into his or her apartment.
Rent can be paid in check or money order. Cash is not accepted. Late charges are applied to all those who have not paid rent by the 5th of the month. Late charges are $50. All checks must be made payable to Pitt Blue Properties.
There is an ongoing waitlist for private parking. A private parking sport costs $70 per month for all residents.
Tenants are to make maintenance requests by 1:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Laundry facilities are located at 3440 Louisa Street and 316 McKee Place. Laundry cards can be purchased at the second entrance to the right of the office.
