Piteglio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pistoia in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 50 km northwest of Florence and about 15 km northwest of Pistoia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,867 and an area of 50.1 km².[1]
Piteglio borders the following municipalities: Bagni di Lucca, Cutigliano, Marliana, Pescia, Pistoia, San Marcello Pistoiese.
