Pisgat Ya'acov
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pisgat Ya'acov is a hilltop neighbourhood in Beit El, a local council and Israeli settlement in southern Samaria, the central West Bank. It is the site of an observation tower where one may view as far away as Tel Aviv and even Mount Hermon on really clear days. The hilltop also has a synagogue, trailer homes, and is believed to be by many the site of Jacob's biblical dream of the angels ascending and descending a ladder.
